Registered Office / Local Unit Address
It allows you to establish or transfer the registered office (primary or secondary) of your company or sole proprietorship, and to use the same address to receive mail and parcels, which are then handed over to the legal representative or their delegate.

The registered office / local unit address service includes:
- Business mailing address
- Company logo displayed at the floor entrance (on request and subject to management approval)
- Acceptance of registered letters and parcels
- Scanning of the sealed envelopes of correspondence, court documents and registered mail to protect privacy, forwarded to your email address within 24 hours of receipt
- Opening and scanning of correspondence on request (10 openings per month included at no charge)
Optional paid services:
- Temporary equipped office rental, to work on site or receive clients — useful in particular for a local unit, which presumes genuine on-site activity: €25.00 + VAT/hour
- Virtual secretary with a dedicated telephone number and calls answered in your company’s name: €40.00/month (+ €50.00 annual VoIP number fee)
- Additional mail opening (beyond the 10 included): €1.50 per envelope
- Document archive (Doxa-type binders, 8x23x33cm, up to 5 binders): €8.00/month per binder
- Forwarding stored mail to your office (€10.00 service charge + courier or postal shipping cost)

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
No, none of our address or secretarial agreements require a security deposit.
What's the difference between a primary registered office, a secondary office and a local unit?
A primary registered office is the official address for a new or relocating company; a secondary office is a second formal registered address for a company already established elsewhere; a local unit is an operating location (useful, for example, to bid for a public tender) and presumes genuine on-site activity — unlike the first two, it only makes sense paired with usable office hours (see the optional service above).
Can I cancel whenever I want?
You can give notice 30 days before the agreement's natural expiry, by certified email (PEC) or registered post. Fees already paid are not refunded for the unused period.
Does the service include physical access to an office?
No: this is a mail-handling and correspondence service only. To work on site or receive clients, you can add the equipped temporary office as an optional service.
