Selected fees are added to the address-service price. Usage-based services are charged only when requested.

The annual VoIP number fee is also due on a six-month contract. Extra openings, outgoing items and shipping are excluded from the initial payment and charged on use.

Offer terms

The registered office / local unit address service includes:

  • Business mailing address
  • Company logo displayed at the floor entrance (on request and subject to management approval)
  • Acceptance of registered letters and parcels
  • Scanning of the sealed envelopes of correspondence, court documents and registered mail to protect privacy, forwarded to your email address within 24 hours of receipt
  • Opening and scanning of correspondence on request (10 openings per month included at no charge)

Optional paid services:

  • Temporary equipped office rental, to work on site or receive clients — useful in particular for a local unit, which presumes genuine on-site activity: €25.00 + VAT/hour
  • Virtual secretary with a dedicated telephone number and calls answered in your company’s name: €40.00/month (+ €50.00 annual VoIP number fee)
  • Additional mail opening (beyond the 10 included): €1.50 per envelope
  • Document archive (Doxa-type binders, 8x23x33cm, up to 5 binders): €8.00/month per binder
  • Forwarding stored mail to your office (€10.00 service charge + courier or postal shipping cost)

A one-off 10% new-activation discount applies to marked durations within the offer period.

The renewal fee stays the amount shown in the table (the “Offer” column, where present): it never reverts to the struck-through standard rate. The new-activation discount applies once only, at first sign-up.

A 10% discount applies to additional address services with the same contact person/administrator.

Prices exclude 22% VAT. Address use is subject to the agreement and document checks.

Payment in advance

  • Bank transfer or online payment via Stripe, PayPal or SumUp.

NOTE: no security deposit is required
